Strategically located in a busy industrial corridor, the new facility is positioned for convenient access to major transportation routes. This location supports the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, helping to maintain efficiency for a variety of client projects and fulfillment timelines.
Currently operating at 50% capacity, the warehouse has significant room to grow. This ensures we can continue expanding alongside our clients’ evolving needs—whether that means storing larger volumes of inventory, managing more complex kitting projects, or providing overflow space for seasonal campaigns.
The facility’s layout is designed for flexibility, enabling configurable storage zones, specialized product handling, and project-specific workflows that adapt to changing program requirements. This adaptability helps us efficiently manage both ongoing, long-term programs and short-term, high-volume projects without compromising accuracy or turnaround times.
Inside the Fulfillment Warehouse: What’s New
From infrastructure to technology, every element of our new fulfillment warehouse was selected to improve accuracy, organization, and operational flow. The space is equipped with:
- 30,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled space to protect products and maintain quality across various types of materials and inventory. This controlled environment helps ensure that stored items remain in optimal condition until they’re ready to ship.
- Brand-new racking systems built to accommodate bulk, oversized, and high-volume storage, optimizing both vertical and horizontal space to maximize capacity.
- Seven receiving docks (4 on-grade and 3 below-grade) to support simultaneous loading and unloading, improving efficiency for both inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.
- Modern security and surveillance systems installed throughout the facility to monitor and safeguard inventory at every stage of storage and fulfillment.
- Advanced inventory software (SkuVault and ShipStation) for real-time tracking, precise inventory counts, and streamlined order management.
- Barcode-labeled inventory with scan-to-receive, pick, and audit workflows, reducing errors and improving tracking throughout the fulfillment process.
- Upgraded shipping benches designed to create a more organized packing and shipping environment, helping maintain efficiency and consistency in outgoing orders. These stations are arranged to streamline packaging steps and minimize movement, allowing orders to be processed with greater accuracy.
